This is part of a month long series on depression. This post is about things I have recently learned...
The ER is not as scary as you would think.
If you need medical attention, get it dammit.
Sometimes an appropriate reset can be as strong as a suicide attempt.
An appropriate reset is otherwise the opposite of a suicide attempt, safe, appropriate and a needed life turn. Also you will always survive a reset.
Medication adjustments can make all the difference in the world and literally be the difference between life and death.
That's all I have learned. I just started this leg of the journey, Friends!
I will let you know what more I learn as I go. And please tell me, and the others, what you have learned on your own journey.
