I love the rescue group, the people and the dogs of Taysia Blue Siberian Husky and Malamute Rescue. They were all there last night for Woostock 2015, an annual Taysia Blue party at the Chrome Lounge in Omaha.
I love Taysia Blue the dog also, but that is a story for another day.
Russ and I went to Woostock and met up with Becky and Buck, Amanda and Connor. I got to talk with Jackie and Mike. It was a wonderful turnout and a great event.
The highlight of the night was seeing Tofu the (Grown Up) Baby Husky. Russ and I were walking into the building behind the Nyffeler family. Tofu turned around and saw us, and started pulling Mom and Dad backwards, whining and barking. I've never been so happy to disrupt a walk before!
It was so good to see all of you. And it was good to see you Tofu Friend. I am so glad you are doing so well.

Huge crowds, lights, drinks, great music. But there's a slide show in the background that got most of my attention...my heart's with the dogs you guys. The slide show is of the 119 dogs rescued by Taysia Blue this year. I love this picture of Tofu, Becky and Tofu's Mom.
And my heart's with this guy! What a good sport. He had a good time too, and loves the dogs as much as I do. Whoa. That's a lot.
