I was driving home for lunch from Companion Animal Veterinary Hospital in Littleton Colorado on April 20, 1999 when ambulances and fire trucks and police cars passed me with their sirens on.
I turned on the radio. I did not need to tune the radio as news of the shooting at Columbine High School was on every station.
