Sarge is one of my favorite patients ever. He is an inspiring soul. Just the thought of him always lifts my spirits, even all this time after saying good-bye.
Sarge had degenerative myelopathy and osteoarthritis and a Mom who would not give up on him. Near the end, he used a cart so he could continue playing and taking his walks, which he loved.
Sarge was the sweetest, friendliest and goofiest Boxer. I will always love him.
